Happy New Year! I hope that 2024 was a great year for you! Writing up this post is one of my favorite things every year, because I love looking back and seeing all the amazing recipes I made and got to share with you over the past year, and which ones were your very favorites!

A collage of 6 photos of food, fruit dip, cookie dough, blueberry scones, frosted cupcakes, baked pasta, and chocolate chip cookies.

Our family had a good year, and as I was writing our family Christmas card I asked each of my kids what their favorite moments were.

  • Colby said his favorite was our surprise trip to Disneyland. We’ve taken the kids to Legoland the last two years in the winter, but this year we added on a few days at Disneyland and California Adventure for extra fun!
  • Logan said his favorite was our annual trip to Cherry Hill, a waterpark here in Utah. We’ve gone the last 4 years with Nate’s parents, and we go and spend the whole day in the sun, enjoying the pools, and water slides, and miniature golfing.
  • Rosie said her favorite was her dance performance. Last year was Rosie’s first year taking dance lessons, and I love hearing that this was one of her favorite things because she has been wanting to leave her new class this year as she misses her old teacher. But she loved getting dressed up, wearing make-up and doing her routines last year with her friends, so I hope she will stick it out.

This list contains 12 new recipes, or recipes I updated in 2024. Because I’ve been focusing on improving our old content for the last couple of years, as well as sharing a few new recipes every month, in an effort to make sure I website has the best content, and can be your go to resource for amazing recipes.

It’s so fun seeing our old and new recipes getting love. I will continue sharing some old favorites and new favorites in 2025, and I hope you’ll still stick around! As always, I’m so grateful for every one of you who takes the time to read our website, make our recipes, and share them. I’m so grateful to be invited into your homes and your kitchens!
